A new roof that protects your property properly
An ageing roof can lead to leaks, heat loss, and costly structural damage if left unchecked. We install new roofs for homes, garages, and new-build properties using quality slate and tile systems tailored to your property. We also provide emergency roofing and chimney repairs, helping protect your home when urgent issues arise. From the initial inspection and material selection to removing the old roof and completing the installation, DB Roofing Services provides clear advice, quality workmanship, and a reliable service throughout the process.
How we carry out the installation
Every roof starts with a proper look at the structure underneath, because there's no point in fitting smart new materials over tired timbers or hidden damage. We help you choose roofing materials that match your property, your budget, and the finish you want, instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all answer. Our installation process covers preparation, safe removal of worn coverings, fitting the new roof system, and checking every edge, ridge, and junction for weather resistance.
If you're planning a new build, we make sure the roof is fitted to suit the design and intended use of the property from day one. DB Roofing Services also installs garage roofs that withstand the weather and provide that often overlooked part of your property with the protection it needs.
Built to last
Real reviews for our new roof installations
Investing in a new roof is a major decision, and local homeowners trust us to get it right the first time. From slate and tile overhauls to modern flat roofs, see why customers across Rickmansworth and South Hertfordshire consistently rate our installations five stars online.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother, who recently had work completed by Daniel at DB Roofing Services.

After consulting several roofers, none of whom could clearly identify the source of the issue, Daniel was the only one who accurately diagnosed where the leak was coming from and explained the underlying design fault. That immediately gave us confidence in his expertise.

He carried out a Flexitec installation and built a new box gutter, using treated materials and providing a 20 year warranty, which gave us real peace of mind. In addition, he repointed all the coping stones, which had been badly damaged by the heavy rain this year.

What really stood out was that Daniel went above and beyond the original quote. He also carried out additional repointing work on damaged brickwork without hesitation. He worked through a weekend and even a holiday to get everything completed, which we truly appreciated.

Beyond his technical skills, Daniel is a genuinely nice person, transparent, honest, and very helpful throughout the process. It is not easy to find someone trustworthy in this field, and after meeting several roofers, I feel very confident in saying we made the right choice.

I highly recommend Daniel at DB Roofing Services for his expertise, diligence, and integrity.
