Straight advice from the start
We explain your options clearly, helping you choose the right flat roofing solution for your property.
Clean finishes that hold up
Every flat roof is installed with care to deliver a neat finish and long-lasting performance.
Flat roof systems that suit your property
Flat roofing needs to do one simple job brilliantly. It needs to keep water out and withstand the British weather without causing you constant hassle. We install EPDM, GRP fibreglass and felt systems, each of which suits a different type of roof, budget and finish.
EPDM is a strong rubber membrane with few seams, which makes it a smart choice when you want lasting weather resistance. GRP fibreglass gives you a clean, hard-wearing surface that works well on extensions, garages and dormers. DB Roofing Services also carries out repairs and full replacements when an older flat roof has reached the point where patching it up is no longer worth it.
Knowing which material makes sense
Our approach starts with the condition of your existing roof, because the right answer depends on what sits underneath as much as what goes on top. Felt is a practical option for many properties, especially when you want a dependable covering with a straightforward installation and a sensible cost. GRP is often chosen when you want a neat edge detail and a surface that copes well with foot traffic from occasional maintenance.

EPDM works especially well on larger flat areas because it can cover broad sections with minimal joints. We often advise you to keep gutters clear, remove debris, and arrange checks after heavy rain so small faults don't turn into expensive internal damage.
Why flat roofing still earns its place
A well-installed flat roof can provide a tidy, practical solution for garages, extensions and outbuildings where a pitched roof isn't always necessary. It also makes future access easier when maintenance is needed. Good drainage, sound edge detailing and the right covering are all more important than taking shortcuts. DB Roofing Services takes the time to get those basics right because they help your roof last.
